Fleet Partner pricing is based on fixed menu rates we publish for partners. For most services, that is 10 to 20 percent below standard rates because we know the work is coming and we can plan around it.
Most fleet operators do. We work on Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, Mack, Freightliner, International, and most light-duty makes. We are not a dealer, which means we are not locked into one brand.
For most non-warranty repairs, yes. For warranty work, we coordinate with the dealer and can serve as the diagnostic shop. We will tell you straight when warranty is the better path.
